Unite EM/DE40 Branch
The EM/DE40 Branch has been a supporter of DAST since its formation in July 2012. The Branch is currently the largest Unite branch in the East Midlands. Its members are mainly from the manufacturing and the rail industries in and around Derby with a large percentage from Rolls-Royce.
Unite the union is the largest trade union in the UK, and one of the largest in the world. Unite, and its predecessor unions, has been at the forefront in the fight for justice for victims of asbestos related diseases and for the banning of asbestos in the UK, and the world.
